Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We take great care in packaging and inspecting each order, but if your product arrives damaged, defective, already used, or if you receive the wrong item, we’re here to help.

If you experience any of these issues, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at colorfeel.pro@gmail.com with the following information:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo or video of the issue (including the outer packaging, if damaged)

  • A brief description of the problem

We will evaluate your claim and respond with the next steps. If the issue is confirmed, we will either issue a refund or send a replacement at no additional cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any of the following:

  • Opened or used cosmetic products

  • Personal care items

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Sale or promotional items

  • Gift cards
